Guiding
Trollheimen & Sunndalsøra
Trollheimen and Sunndalsøra (~3hrs from Trondheim) are by any standard world-class for ski touring. They offer an alpine experience on par with any in Norway. Most tours start and end with fantastic fjord views and are some of Norway's longest descents! The areas here include the legendary Eresfjord, Øksendalen & Innerdalen as well as Storlidalen & Todalen, among others.
Bodø & the
Northern Coast
Bodø and the northern coast are spectacular areas for ski touring - easily Norway's version of mainland Lofoten but with less people. A world class destination offering spectacular alpine experiences overlooking the open Norwegian sea or high mountain inland skiing overlooking large glaciers. The season here can be long, and includes areas Glomfjord, Meløy, Gildeskål, Bodø & Beiarn.
Ski & Sail
Sjunkhatten National Park
Sjunkhatten is a wild National Park with spectacular skiing just north of Bodø that is generally only accessible by boat. This experience is a new offer for us in 2022, and due to the logistics, only plan 1-2 trips here a season (April or May). The weather and conditions can be tricky but when its good it may be some of the best in the world. Guaranteed an adventure you will remember!
In February and March we offer a 1 week package trip in collaboration with Rondane Lodge. The first half of the week is spent at Bortistu Gjestegård in Trollheimen after which we move to Rondane River Lodge. Both family-run locations offer some of the finest ski touring terrain in inland Norway, while being completely off the beaten path! For an itinerary and more info, click on the link above.
In addition to the above offers, we can offer custom guiding across Norway,

About Us
Our main services are centered around avalanche courses and guiding. We offer a variety of set courses at all levels covering avalanche awareness, snowpack assessment, and backcountry first aid. Many of our courses, particularly at the beginner level, also incorporate skills in ski technique and the use of a variety of backcountry tools and equipment. All our activities focus on safety, practical skills and spending as much time as possible outside in the backcountry environment. This is where we believe the best learning and the richest experiences are found. We have central operations in Trollheimen/Sunndalsøra in central Norway and Bodø region in northern Norway. However, we do also offer custom experiences in other areas across Norway.
Our instructors and guides, Bastien Dupuy and Daniel Weiss, have over 30 years of skiing and climbing experience in alpine environments. This experience ranges from competitive alpine ski racing, to alpine climbing in Europe and North America, to backcountry skiing experience in Europe, Asia, and North America. They also hold extensive experience with wilderness first aid and rescue as well as many years of combined experience leading and instructing in various settings. Both hold advanced avalanche certifications from the American Institute for Avalanche Research and Education (AIARE).
Bastien is also research scientist working with geohazards, snow science and avalanche forecasting.
Daniel Weiss is also currently a candidate under guide qualification in Nortind.
They can offer services in English, French and Norwegian.
